Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achievement of SKU wise & dealer wise sales target along with collection and keep close watch on bad debts and extended credit limits.

Ensure effectiveness of Company’s sales policies.

To visit assigned dealers of the territory to maintain and improve their relationship with the Company to solve their problems regarding policies of the company, and to make sure their performance is as expected.

To gather data from assigned dealers, that is Model wise/Color wise/Month wise required for the whole year and update the information every month.

Handling dealer activation activities.

Collecting & analysing competitor intelligence.

Ensure that Dealers & their sales force have sufficient Product knowledge of all Dawlance products, specially of all new launches and high end products.

Keep track on red areas through TSM’s dashboards for the assigned territory and plan implement strategy for improvements.
