The role:

Wangard has an opportunity for a smart, enthusiastic and highly independent developer to join our existing team in Lahore. You will play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems and websites. You will be working in a dynamic, challenging and fast paced environment and will be supporting and developing a system currently deployed locally and internationally. You will get exposure to the full development life-cycle and provide support to our team of engineers where required.

About you:

You shall have a background or a true passion for software/computer science preferably with a degree or similar skill certification in a relevant field. While the role is primarily web-based development, the successful applicant shall also have a diverse range of skills, knowledge and problem-solving ability due to the nature of our work.

As a minimum, you shall

Have sound knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/AJAX/JQuery

PHP / Laravel / Node JS / Vue.js / Backbone.js

Have a good understanding of user interface design

Have had exposure to working with databases/MYSQL/PGSQL

Be highly organised and logical

Be able to assess needs and design goals of products

Be a pragmatic thinker who truly seeks to find solutions beyond the norm.

Have a high level of passion and dedication
